May 07, 2016· Thank you Bruce, I'm with you on the lowtech valve seat "grinding". I'm primarily looking for suggestions for a good old MADE IN USA, machine to "replace" valve seats. The issue with a Flathead V8 is that the Seat/Guide machine must be able accomodate the actual weight and mass of the block, and not just the cylinder head as in a OHV engine.
